Moreover, you ensure that your products will not libel or defame any third party, and you possess all the necessary rights or permissions to incorporate third-party material.
Customer Authorization
By placing an order on our platform, you affirm that you have the requisite permission, right, and authority to initiate the order. Additionally, you provide Buy Retail Boxes™ with the authority to produce the products on your behalf.
Content Responsibility
The sole responsibility for all content, including information, data, text, photographs, graphics, and messages (collectively referred to as “Content”), lies with the individual producing such content. Consequently, you are accountable for all content you send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit via our website. Please ensure compliance with all local rules governing online conduct and acceptable content.
Do not utilize the website to upload, post, or transmit any content that is indecent, unlawful, or infringes upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of Buy Retail Boxes™ or any third party. Buy Retail Boxes™ disclaims control over customer-posted content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will Buy Retail Boxes™ be liable for offensive, indecent, or objectionable content exposure.
Account Security
Acknowledging your responsibility for safeguarding your password and controlling access to your registered account is crucial. You are accountable for all orders or actions conducted through your registered account. When you or an authorized user places a print item order using your password, you hereby grant Buy Retail Boxes™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the website and the printed product for design storage or order processing.
Content Moderation
Understanding the necessity for content moderation, Buy Retail Boxes™ and its designees retain the right, at their sole discretion, to remove any content violating the terms of service or deemed objectionable. Furthermore, Buy Retail Boxes™ may preserve and disclose content if required by law, or if such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce the terms of service, respond to claims of content rights violations by third parties, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Buy Retail Boxes™, its users, and the public.
DESIGN FILES
Buy Retail Boxes™ will exclusively provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). For higher resolution designed files, please contact [email protected] for a personalized quote.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork, designs, and images must be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Buy Retail Boxes™ is not accountable for any color changes resulting from conversions between RGB and CMYK color modes. Additionally, Buy Retail Boxes™ is not responsible for images appearing fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.
PROOFING & MATCHING
All print jobs necessitate customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. After placing an order, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be emailed to customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and production speed, and confirm that all customer requirements are accurately noted.
Buy Retail Boxes™ is not liable for specifications and requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. Also, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the final artwork proof, as proofreading falls under the customer’s purview. Due to multiple methods of file preparation, unplanned changes may occur. The final proof accurately represents what will be printed. Buy Retail Boxes™ highly recommends publishing the evidence at 100% to check position, spelling, and other design elements. Buy Retail Boxes™ will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues not identified by the customer and reported to Buy Retail Boxes immediately.
The design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed upon approval. Buy Retail Boxes™ is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Buy Retail Boxes ™ will attempt to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. However, Buy Retail Boxes ™ is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. Additionally, the application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Buy Retail Boxes™ is not liable for the final color appearance of a laminated product/s.
MATERIALS
Please note that the paper/card stock used for printing our products is not food grade. Any such requirement should be communicated in writing immediately. Please inform us before placing your order if you have any specific food grade requirements regarding paper stock.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL BEFORE PRINTING
Buy Retail Boxes™ is NOT LIABLE for errors in a printed product caused by any of the following:
- Graphics Orientation or Placement and Incorrect Font Usage
- Spelling, Grammatical and Punctuation Errors
- Wrong Die cuts, slits, or Incorrect and Missing Folds
- Finished Product Size
COLOUR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS
Buy Retail Boxes™ will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee color match and color density due to limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, and neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved.
Please note that Buy Retail Boxes™ can only guarantee color reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. We are not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and defend Buy Retail Boxes™ and all parties from whom Buy Retail Boxes™ has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Buy Retail Boxes™ will cancel your order before printing/shipping but cannot revoke it if the ordered item has been shipped. Orders may be cancelable during various production stages, but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.
- Orders are placed online.
- Orders are reworked in our design department.
- Orders are sent to the press.
- Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.
All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If an order is canceled in stage 1, you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and our design department fees. For orders canceled in stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3 and the user wants to have it canceled, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be canceled.
DESIGN ORDERS
Once an order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for any design services orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. We will re-print the order if we verify that we made an error. No Refunds or Credits.
REPRINTS
Customers must notify Buy Retail Boxes™ within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Buy Retail Boxes ™ will not be responsible for any claims for defects, harm, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
To receive replacement products, customers must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Buy Retail Boxes™.
All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Buy Retail Boxes™ offers the following production options when placing an order:
STANDARD (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED):
- Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous states.
- Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.
- Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:
- Free Ground shipping is included within 48 contiguous states.
- Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval.
EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days:
- FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
- Products will be shipped within 6 business days after final proof approval.
In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, one business day will be added to the shipping times.
Buy Retail Boxes™ will always strive to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case shall Buy Retail Boxes™ be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.
All Buy Retail Boxes™ customers agree not to hold Buy Retail Boxes™ liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Buy Retail Boxes™’s direct control. Buy Retail Boxes™ shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
Buy Retail Boxes™ will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.
All Buy Retail Boxes™ customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on goods shipped to their respective locations. Customers are responsible for making arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, customers should notify Buy Retail Boxes™ and the delivery courier immediately. Buy Retail Boxes ™ will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. Buy Retail Boxes ™ is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces free of charge. Seldom, order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if an exact quantity is needed, customers should order 10% over the amount required.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that must be reshipped because the customer made an error in submitting the proper shipping address.
